We have a habit of treating things as though they’re permanent. Yet nature has never been particularly interested in staying the same, and neither, it seems, have we.
From the environments and experiences that shape us, Subject to Change considers how both the natural world and our understanding of ourselves are constantly shifting, questioning our tendency to hold onto things as though they’re fixed.
A reflection on the familiar, the unpredictable and the possibility that what we think we know might only be true for now.

My work considers identity, perception and all the strange little things that come with being human. Told through familiar objects, unexpected combinations and a healthy amount of humour.
